Every time you want to reset the game, even if the game said to uninstall the game, you just need to delete the firstrun file in *\game repository. Then, when opening the game, click Yes, delete my existing data. or something, otherwise, the file will be created and resumes the game.

I finished the game a first time (until the last leter from monika) and tried screwing around by deleting characters in a "fresh" run (removing the firstrun file) . However I imediatly get the suicide screen with an END that lets no other choice than start over. But I saw a thread saying that if you delete all .char but Monika BEFORE finishing Act 1; a special route is available.

You can delete monika.chr at any point, even without closing the game. The timing is however depending on what ending you want to get. There is no "keep going perpetually" ending, she just starts repeating herself after about a half hour. She will say some different things every time you close and reopen the game.
